Guy Etchells

I have been working at Syntonic now since 1995. I have grown with the company over these past 17 years since attending Building College, gradually moving from general labourer to being the head of our building services team and managing the overall workings of the company. I hire personnel and manage them plus key client interaction from new contracts acquisitions and sales. I have also acquired relevant qualifications in the disciplines I manage, from electrical qualifications to commercial and domestic gas qualifications. The general ethos at Syntonic is one of self-improvement and as such we encourage all staff, ourselves included, to maintain a professional standard of work by constant and continuous professional development.
